Approach

I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, identity confusion, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy is informed by psychodynamic theory. In a safe and supportive environment, we will work together to gain a deeper understanding of your challenges, unhelpful patterns, and pain. We will also explore and make space to acknowledge your strengths, needs, and desires.

My therapeutic style can be described as collaborative, warm, and curious. I will work alongside you and at your pace to explore your unfiltered emotions, thoughts, concerns, conflicts, and fantasies. By sharing freely what is on the mind we can begin to bring the unconscious to the conscious allowing ourselves to gain insights that we might not have been aware of otherwise.

Finally, I believe that connection is fundamental to the therapeutic process. My main priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult emotions and connect to your authentic self. 

Fees

Individual Psychotherapy/ 45-50 minutes: $200

 If you are seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement, please check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network mental health benefits.

I am offering both in-person sessions and virtual sessions. If you are interested in virtual sessions, you must be a resident and physically in the state of New York during the time of service
