therapist, brooklyn, new york, talk therapy

Hello!

As a therapist, it is my priority to offer you a space free of judgment to process, explore, and understand who you are on a deeper level. I will always meet you where you are as we work together to untangle and make sense of any patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer be helpful.

Through my clinical experience at a nonprofit organization in Texas and a private group practice in Brooklyn, I've assisted individuals from diverse backgrounds with various concerns. As my clinical practice has expanded and developed over time, the most crucial aspect that remains unchanged is the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I strongly believe that the relationship developed in the therapy space forms the foundation for healing and growth.

I am currently pursuing a two-year training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York, which has offered a space for me to continue to deepen, learn, and grow in my practice as a therapist.
